How a practice gets onto our lists.

Every place on a city list is earned against the same checks. If your firm meets them, send us its details and we’ll review it at the next update for your city.

Ask to be considered

What we look for

  • A registered tax agent on the Tax Practitioners Board register, trading under the name we list
  • A principal who is a member of CA ANZ, CPA Australia or the Institute of Public Accountants
  • A Google rating of 4.5 or more from at least 20 reviews on the office’s own listing
  • A staffed office in the city, with an address clients can visit
  • For our SMSF lists, a clear self-managed super offering on the firm’s own website

Good to know

  • No firm pays for its place on our lists today, and we set the order.
  • We write each listing ourselves from your website and public registers. We don’t publish fees.
  • Ratings update monthly. A firm that drops below the bar is reviewed at the next update.
  • Meeting the checks doesn’t guarantee a place: each list holds ten firms.
